PRICING: The price of every item in this catalog is guaranteed for orders placed through December 31, 1996. Ergoshop will make every possible effort to maintain these prices as long as possible. However, foreign product pricing may vary due to substantial currency fluctuation. FREIGHT: Appropriate charges will be added to your order where indicated. Freight is not included outside continental U.S.A. RETURNS: If any of our Ergoshop products do not meet your expectations, simply return them within 30 days of receipt for a full credit, refund, or replacement. There will be a restocking charge for products incorrectly ordered. LEGAL STUFF: ErgoshopTM warranty obligations to end user customers are limited to the terms set forth below: Ergoshop warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover a defect, Ergoshop will replace this product at no charge to y ou provided you return it to Ergoshop within 30 days with transportation charges prepaid by you. With each product returned for warranty, please include your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the bill of sale bearing the appropriate serial num ber as proof of date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to products sold by Ergoshop and does not warrant products that are not sold by Ergoshop. The Ergoshop warranty shall be identical to that of the manufacturer, and in no case shall exceed any warranty or representation by the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged through normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication; if the product has been modified without the written permission of Ergoshop; or if any serial number has been removed or defaced. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others whether oral or written, express or implied. Ergoshop specifically disclaims any and all impl ied warranties including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No Ergoshop dealer agent or employee is authorized to make any modification extension or addition to this warranty. Ergoshop is not responsible for special incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of other equipment and property, and any costs of re covering reprogramming or reproducing any program or data stored ill or used with Ergoshop products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
